    All booking fees are nonreturnable unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be given.

    No prohibited items such as knives, guns etc will be permitted. Any trader selling such items will be asked to leave the rally without refund of charges paid.

    No Mobile Phone sales are permitted.

    Please note for health and safety reasons no items should be placed in aisles.

    The owner of the hall requires that any electrical equipment used or demonstrated on the day must have been PAT tested and an in-date PAT sticker attached.

    Please display a notice giving address and contact telephone number on your stall at all times (This is to meet local authority requirements)

    The committee of SNADARC and Junction 28 Radio Rally hereby disclaim all responsibility for transactions between vendors and buyers.
